For Betty and Alex, it has been an amazing journey both professionally and personally, they married each other along the way, with Betty and Alex building the business to become the byword for luxury stays for high profile clients, celebrities, athletes and politicians around the world.
My Concierge began with a single objective, to deliver the highest standards of personalized service possible, following the Les clefs d’or model for concierge services to ensure that every client enjoys the very best experience possible. Driven by Betty’s experiences as a former international internal audit manager and CPA, and Alex with the attention to detail and understanding of the needs of a distinguished clientele offered by My Concierge has consistently reshaped expectations in the industry.
But nothing stays the same, and while My Concierge has continued to provide the finest villas and the exceptional service clients deserve, the industry has seen an influx of businesses with similar names but drastically inferior service. This has caused problems both for My Concierge and for our valued clients.
It as watered-down expectations, leaving some having an inferior experience, but also caused confusion, with clients contacting other similarly sounding businesses instead of My Concierge. This situation has been developing for several years, if you do a Google search for My Concierge, for instance you get pages and pages of results that appear to be connected to the business, but are not. After all the hard work and commitment of Betty and her team over the span of fifteen years, it is difficult to see this, and hear from clients who suffered poorer service through this situation.
That is why the team at My Concierge have decided to take action, and come to the difficult, but necessary decision to rebrand the company to differentiate ourselves from the market as it has become today. My Concierge has been something special for us, but it is the people and the service that truly matter, and they will remain the same.
As a result, at the end of this season, coinciding with the fifteenth anniversary of the company in May 2023, My Concierge will become Heartwarming Villas. Rest assured, the exceptional service, discretion and quality solutions you have become used to are not changing at all, the My Concierge experience is here to stay, just how you like it. But the business will now be branded as Heartwarming Villas, so that you always know you are with the company that cares about you.
