Please add 16% Mexican taxes. The listed nightly rental rates apply to up to eighteen guests (twenty guests with small children). More than twenty guests an additional fee of $500 USD per person, per night fee applies. In addition to the nightly rates, guest is responsible for all food and beverage costs during their stay plus a 10% food and beverage fee.
